• Door Adjustment is important, our Quicksemble hinge system provides the perfect solution
• Snap-in fitting for doorleaf into frame, doorleaf can be easily removed and refitted
• Vertical adjustment - allows the door to be moved up or down +/- 2.5mm
• Horizontal adjustment - allows the door to be moved left or right +/- 2.5mm
• Lateral adjustment - allows the door to be moved in or out of the doorframe rebate +/- 2.5mm 
• BS EN 1935:2002 Grade 7 (44mm version only)
• For use on 34mm and 44mm thickness doors  (34mm version can also be used on metric 40mm thick doors) 
• 34mm version suitable for Internal non-fire doors
• 44mm version suitable for FD30 fire doors and external doors
• 44mm version is available as a Spring Hinge which acts as an uncontrolled door closing device.
• Chrome Plated Finish - for internal use only
• White Powder Coated Finish   - can be used internally or externally
