Cancellations & Returns

When purchasing from our website the Buyer is entitled to cancel their order within either seven days of placing their order, or actual receipt of the goods, whichever is the longest. 

 The Buyer will however, only be entitled to a full refund if the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse.

If the goods have been despatched then the cost of both delivery & return is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Any returned goods must also be received at our warehouse in the same condition as they were despatched and also within a maximum of seven days for a refund to be issued.
