Back Orders
If your item(s) are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

When your order is placed online, credit card details are encrypted via a third party secure server using 128 bit encryption. No credit card details are forwarded to us, and they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee  We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products are protected against mechanical failure under the manufacturers warranty. Generally, this is 12months unless otherwise stated.

Ian Firth Harware Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
